1.  When are you open?
We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday however during busier times you may catch us outside of these times. 

2. What is your minimum group size?
Our minimum group size is 4 people.

3.  How do I book?

4.  How much deposit will I have to pay?
The deposit required varies between destinations and will be confirmed on your quotation.   

5.  When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once you have paid your deposit a booking confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. After you have paid your final balance you will receive your detailed itinerary.

6.  How do I pay you?
You can pay by bank transfer or by debit or credit card over the phone.  

7.  When do I have to pay the balance?
Your balance is due 10 weeks before date-of-travel. If you book with less than 10 weeks to go then the full balance will be required on booking. 

8.  How do I know you keep my money safe?
We are covered by Financial Failure Insurance. In the unlikely event of our business failing before you've gone on holiday you can claim a full refund through The Travel Vault Ltd. Full details will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please note this is not the same as Travel Insurance.

9.  Should I buy Travel Insurance?
It is a requirement of booking with Amigo Ski that you and your group have travel insurance in place for the duration of your booking. Please check that everything on your itinerary is covered and that your policy has appropriate cancellation cover, including cancellation due to Covid-19. 

10.  What happens if I want to change my booking or cancel it?
At our discretion, and with reference to any costs that we have already incurred, changes may be made although we reserve the right to charge a £20 admin fee for each change. If you decide to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, you will be subject to our standard cancellation charges details of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

11.  I notice that flights aren't included in your packages?
Our packages are flight exclusive so we can keep our prices low and you can take advantage of the low-cost airlines and choose your own flights to suit your location, schedule and budget, and have the control of choosing baggage and seating requirements. We always search for and advise on the best flights when you enquire with us and will organise your airport transfers accordingly. 

12. Can I contact you during the holiday if there are problems?
Yes, in the unlikely event you should need it, you will be provided with an emergency contact number on your itinerary.
