1. When are you open?
Officially Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however we also respond outside of these times and you will receive emergency contact details should you need any assistance when you travel.
2. What is your minimum group size?
The minimum group size is 4 people.
3. How do I book?

4. How much deposit will I have to pay?
Generally the deposit is £75pp and payable within 7 days of booking. With some destinations and accommodations it may be higher and this will be confirmed on your quote.
5. When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once you have paid your deposit a booking confirmation will be emailed to you. This will confirm your package booked and outline the next steps, eg. what is required and when.
6. When do I have to pay the balance?
Your balance is due 10 weeks before date-of-travel. If you book within the 10 weeks then the full balance will be required on booking. Once your balance is paid you will receive your detailed itinerary and resort guides.
7. How do I pay you?
You can pay by bank transfer or by debit or credit card over the phone. Further details will be on your quote.
8. How do I know you keep my money safe?
We are covered by Financial Failure Insurance. In the unlikely event of our business failing before your holiday you can claim a full refund through The Travel Vault Ltd. Full details will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please note this is not the same as Travel Insurance.
9. Should I buy Travel Insurance?
It is a requirement of booking with Amigo Ski that you and your group have travel insurance in place for the duration of your booking. Please check that everything on your itinerary is covered and that your policy has appropriate cancellation cover.
10. What happens if I want to change or cancel my booking?
At our discretion, and with reference to any costs that have already been incurred, changes may be made although we reserve the right to charge a £20 admin fee for each change. If you decide to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, you will be subject to our standard cancellation charges which can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
11. I notice that flights aren't included in your packages?
Our packages are flight exclusive so we can keep our prices low and you can choose your own flights to suit your location, schedule, budget, baggage and seating requirements. We will search and advise on the best flights when you enquire with us and will organise your airport transfers accordingly.
12. Can I contact you during the holiday if there are problems?
Yes, in the unlikely event you should need it, you will be provided with emergency contact details on your itinerary.
