What is Financial Failure Insurance?
Financial Failure Insurance protects our customers money in the unlikely event we cease trading, enabling us to comply with insolvency protection obligations under the Package Travel Regulations (PTRs) when selling non-flight packages.
Who are The Travel Vault Ltd?
The Travel Vault Ltd specialise in providing insolvency protection within the travel industry. They work with approved insurers and are an AITO approved partner of ABTA.
Legally bound?
We sell and organise our own holidays therefore we are a tour operator. This means that we are covered by the European Package Travel Regulations which requires us to protect our customers’ monies against our own insolvency.
