On arrival you will be dropped off at the "Telephérique du Pleney“ lift station in Morzine where you will collect your free walking pass (valid for arrival day) to ride the gondola to the hotel. Your luggage will be transported separately to the hotel entrance.
The gondola is open daily from 8am (from base station) and 8.45am (from hotel) till 8pm (and until 2am on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays). Access is every 30 minutes after 5.30pm. Luggage transportation outside of normal hours (10am till 6pm) is charged at €25 per room each way.

A credit card per room will be swiped on arrival to cover for any extras.
Non-skiers can purchase a walkers pass to ride the gondola between the hotel and Morzine.
The hotel is a 25 metre uphill walk from the gondola and not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The hotel has an indoor - outdoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna open daily from 10am till 8pm (please notify reception the day before if you wish to use these facilities). Massages and beauty treatments can also be booked (extra fee payable locally).
Twins – 15-16m² with two single beds.
Triples - 20m² with one double and one single bed or three single beds, some with south-facing balcony.
Quads - 20m² with various layouts and some connecting to twin or triple rooms.
All rooms are ensuite with hairdryer, flat screen SAT TV and phone.
